LET US INTRODUCE YOU TO OUR GIRLS

EVIE

Firstly we have Evie, the matriarch of Briargrove. Sired by CH. Brookmead Marcus Of Graecia who was B.O.B. Crufts 2001, He in turn was the son of the sensational CH.Graecia Mercury 

Her Dam was Dainty Duchess With Michianti, a lovely red bitch with everything going for her. She was placed well in several shows including Driffield .

 

Evie is the perfect lady. She has excellent chunky bone,fabulous wrinkle,good pigment and an excellent disposition. Basically,she is as laid back as they come. Evie is undoubtedly my favourite type of Bullmastiff.  We prefer them squarely built .

She is largely built Bullie bitch ...but is totally in proportion. Her chest span is wide...as are her hindquarters and she has a broad, deeply sprung ribcage. Evie has a fabulous expression.And a wonderful disposition. She is very much adored by all who know her.

Below is a photo of our Evie when she was carrying a litter. Like any expectant mum ,she looked a bit "fed-up" lol

 

                               

                                    CLEO      (BRIARGROVE AMETHYST)

Cleo is very much her mother's daughter. She looks like Evie in every way and has a superb temperament too. Cleo is raised with our grandchildren and hasn't a bad bone in her body.

Stocky like her Mum,Cleo is primarily a sound true-to-type girl. She was sired by Braeaaron Nathanial who is the son of Int/ Gbr/I Ch. Ferdhu Hudson,  Breaaron Nathaniel (Dylan)   has done well in the ring. He is a fabulous mahogany tiger brindle and he has attained many placing including Reserve Green Star.

 Cleo bears the exquisite traits of both of her parents.

 

                                        

 

                                                     JADE (BRIARGROVE BOSSIBOOTS)

Unlike Cleo, Jade gets her brindle colouring from her father and grandfather. She is exquisetely marked and like her litter sister (above) has a fabulous personality

Like Cleo,she is also raised with our grandchildren and she's a big softie. She has a good solid bone and level bite.

She too carries the great personality traits of both of her parents and is a sound ,stocky bitch

 

 

 

 

LOLA ( BRIARGROVE MISS MUFFET AT ARDHUB)

I think it's only right and fitting to include Lola on "Our Girls" page.

Though Lola is now owned by Miss Lynn McGroarty ,who co-owns the Ferdhu affix in partnership and who owns the Ardhub affix outright, I think it's fair to say that Lola is a bit "special".

Lola is litter sister to both Cleo and Jade and has the same first class lineage.

She is a superbly pigmented brindle ,with excellent markings and has already shown good signs of maturing well....thanks to Lynn's knowledeable ownership.

Lola has been shown lightly and has been placed in the ring and the improvement in her is noticeable week by week.

We are particularly impressed by Lola's head type and the fact that she too is a nice chunky bitch with a fabulous disposition. Lola is fabulous with people,quite the little "madam" and a bit of a show-off.

We miss having her around ....but we are thrilled that she now resides with Lynn and her fabulous dogs as undoubtedly Lynn will bring the best out in her.
